Become a Sponsor

  • Please read the descriptions to see what is included for each type of sponsorship. Certain levels include a registration to attend educational sessions, dinner, or the tour! All sponsors and exhibitors receive recognition in the conference program and on the conference website.

    Luncheon Sponsor (2 available, Wednesday or Thursday) – $3000 each

    One 2-day registration to attend educational sessions
    Table top exhibit space to display company materials the same day as the luncheon
    Promote your company and services for the first 10-15 minutes of the luncheon (includes a PowerPoint presentation)
    Company logo displayed on menu cards during luncheon

    Wednesday Evening Tasting Sponsor  – $1500

    Admission for two company representatives to attend the tasting
    Signage featuring company logo at entrance to the tasting
    Introduction and time to introduce your company/ services
    Bring company materials (flyers, pamphlets, etc…) to give to each tasting attendee
    Announcements made during Wednesday’s educational sessions thanking sponsor

    Tour Sponsor  – $1500

    Admission for one company representative to attend the tour
    Opportunity to introduce company & services at the beginning of the tour
    Bring company materials (flyers, pamphlets, etc…) to give to each tour attendee

    Break Sponsor – $750 per day – Taken

    Signage featuring company logo during each break (3 per day) on the day of your choice (Wednesday  or Thursday breaks)

    Conference Web Site Banner Sponsor (May – October) – $850 – Taken

    Company logo displayed on the front page of the conference website from May through October.

    Registration Sponsor – $500 – Taken

    Company logo prominently displayed at registration desk throughout the conference
    Each conference attendee will receive a packet upon check-in at the conference with your company logo displayed on the envelope

    Company logo displayed in promotional emails with a link to sponsors website
    1 e-mail – $300
    2 e-mails – $500

    Lanyard Sponsor (3 available) – $500 

    Deadline is August 25, 2017. Every attendee will receive a name tag with a lanyard that prominently displays your company logo

    Track Sponsor – $500 per track

    Company logo displayed on signage for each session within track sponsored
    Recognition on first slide of PowerPoint presentation during each session of track sponsored
